  1. Follow the link and study the information
  2. Imagine that you are running an Italian restaurant that is suffering from low productivity (they do not serve customers very quickly).  Write three ways you could improve the productivity and efficiency of the staff


success criteria : each way is formed into a paragraph ; each paragraph has at least three linkages ; good understanding of productivity shown ; advantages and disadvantages of each way are considered
