Microsoft has been fined by the EU again for not allowing competitors to sully use its code. By bundling its media player and 'Internet Explorer' in with its operating system, they have effectively eliminated their competition. The EU argues that this is unfair. Read about it here
This second article is slightly more sophisticated and has echoes of game theory. It argues, quite convincingly, tat to deter cartels, the conspirators themselves should face the threat of imprisonment.
