Sports Goods Price Fixing & the Co-op picking up bad habits

A great example of restrictive practices here from the Times. Sportswear retailers, such as JJB, are accused of fixing prices in collusion with their suppliers.

From the Guardian : the Co-operative, which boasts of its ethical standards, is being investigated for the deals it is striking with its suppliers. Is this anti-competitive?
