L6EC HW : Production Possibility Curves

Dear Lower Sixth

Apologies for the very late posting: there was a lot of traffic yesterday, so my first ever bus stop duty lasted a record 4 hours and 40 minutes. No joke!

Great start to the course and great to see so many of you meeting the very high expectations you have of yourselves.

2nd HW:

1. Research what a Production Possibility Curve (sometimes called Production Possibility Frontiers or PPFs) looks like.  At the top of this website is a tab which says, "Lesser, but still great websites" - take a look at one of those.

2. Draw an example of one into your notes - it should fill exactly one half of a side of A4.

3. Your time is a scarce resource.  Work out how many hours in your week there are and then show on a PPF how you allocate your time between study and everything else.

As always, if stuck, ask your Ignatian friends and others for help by using the comments section.

Deadline, as always, is the next lesson.
