how many marks are these questions worth sir so I know how much to write?
First one is a diagram. Second one: write 3 paras all with evaluation
"There are 23 train operating companies serving more
than 2500 stations with over 70 types of fare on sale" - I'm fairly confused.. That doesn't sound like a monopoly to me but I'm probably wrong so could you enlighten me.. Thanks in advance.

Ohhhhh - I've come back to the hmwk after some time and now realize that natural monopolies exist amongst the various different regions with operating train services.. I get it, no worries sir.
