Wind Farms

Quite interesting news feature from the BBC here about how a giant wind farm being buit in Wales, a country at the end of the M4 apprarently.  It illustrates two issues of interest to economists: the need for economies of scale to make something cost effective and the preponderence of negative externalities of energy production forcing the government to re-think how we generate electricity.
