To what extent do you agree with the economic argument that the government should spend money on helping developing countries?

- uses new key terms such as scarcity, choice and decision
- explains why this is a question of Economics - using the definition above
- makes a judgement and justifies that judgement
- 3 paragraphs - a side and a half

Sir... Is it okay if we can't incorporate some of the key words into the paragraphs. I have put some of them into the Homework but I don't know how to add 'Scarcity' to it.
